So this is what I'm gonna do...give me your thoughts...
Random question... Are you counting net carbs or total carbs? Because that could part of the issue. Everyone is different and no two peoples journey is the same, but if you're doing net carbs try counting total carbs instead.
And I agree that liquid intake is a huge help when the scale isn't moving. Try upping the fluids and you might see a change just from that.
Best of luck!

I was counting net, but now will be counting total carbs. Since I have PCOS I figure I may be extra sensitve to carbs of any kind. I struggle to stay below 40 a day, but trying to do better...that's why I mentioned I may have to cut out my Quest bars...I sure will miss the fiber from that though!
Also, I am trying to increase my water intake...I am only now consistently getting in at least 64 oz a day.

I have been eating700-1100 a day. (the days that I exercise are usually higher because I'm hungrier) I am very active and on my feet chasing after 2 small kids most of the day.... And my scale finally started moving again after the famous 3 week stall. That is when I started eating higher calories. (800ish) My NUT and Surgeon's plan are for 1000-1200 calories after 30 days out from surgery until goal. I don't reach 1000 every day but I feel that it's realistic and good for me. I don't feel deprived, I don't lack in energy and I'm losing weight. It's only been 5 weeks but it works for me!
