Any one tried to add fat to their high protein diet to break a stall?

I was reading on another forum about people adding fat to their diet to brake a stall. Just wondering?
I stalled at 3 weeks and at 7 weeks. Not sure what to do.

I have eaten fat from the beginning and have been at goal (95 pounds lost) since 10 months after my surgery in November 2010.  I did add calories when I was stalled and that definitely helped!  Sometimes we eat much to little and it freaks our bodies out.

I have heard of several different techniques that people have used to break stalls and have been successful. Adding calories was one. Upping exercise and/or fluids is another. Then some say they had to cut calories and up the exercise to get past it.

IMO, the bottom line is that our bodies don't all react to different situations in quite the same way, for whatever reason, and therefore what works for one won't always work for everyone else. Nothing wrong with experimenting with different ideas and seeing which one works for you.
