Oct 5th marked 6 months since i had gastric sleeve... i have lost 110 from my highest weight.. 88 since surgery and 103 since pre op diet ... this pic is for those of u who are unsure about getting the surgery... it was the best decision i could of every done for my self .. here is my before at 307 day before surgery and today at 219...
