Just call the credit card company and tell them.  They're usually really good about fixing that stuff.  As far as I'm concerned feel free to complain about ANY topic you like.  We discuss everything here.  Not just WLS.

BTW let us know how that tastes.  Sounds like it might taste really good if it does taste anything like cake batter

Everyone else has given you great advice on what to do about the charges; really don't have any other advice but what they said.

My real advice is to order About Time from Netrition.com - they stock it and it's cheaper there, plus they're much better at order processing. It really is a great quality protein powder (though I add one pack of sweetner to some of the flavors).

If it's any consolation, though, I had this happen with a physical store in the mall - and to make matters worse it was a debit card, which means it all got deducted from my checking account three times. Then they refunded it three times, which means I hadn't paid anything. So being an honest soul I called them up and they INSISTED they had fixed it correctly. I pointed out once that the error was in my favor and maybe they should look at it again, but they were firm so I let it go. $80 of merchandise for free.

 Sorry that happened to you.  A couple pieces of advice to help you out here:

1.  Call your bank immediately.  The dispute rules are different fro debit cards and credit cards.  You only have 30days from the TRANSACTION DATE (yesterday) on a debit card.   Also, a bank can refund your money for a bad processing like this, but you have to stay on top of them.   With a debit card you are out your money until the bank or the vendor gives you your money back.

2.  On a credit card you have 90 days from receipt of the statement. Unlike a bank with a debit card, a credit card is legally bound from holding you responsible for a charge while that item  is in dispute. Also, the credit card company will immediately seize the money back from the vendor.  A vendor is often charged higher transaction fees or their account is terminated if they have too many disputes.  A credit card is a great tool to screw with a bad vendor!

3.  For all the reasons above, its best to use a credit card instead of a debit card when ordering on line.

Wow, sorry that happened to you.  I have ordered from them before and my friends do too with no problems.  I sure hope you get this straightened out.  They are a good company or at least have been for me and my friends.

I use a store bought prepaid card to make all online purchases..... I load the card with funds for a $2 fee, then make purchases. I've been bitten before, so I learned the hard way. Get a prepaid debit card, just to be safe.

Hi Peeches..

I have ordered from About Time....I have also called and have spoken with customer service there and I found them to be very helpful and efficient.

I think it was just a kink in the system and I would not worry....just check your card over the next couple of days and be certain they only charged you for the 25 bucks. Your invoice will reflect what you placed an order for..
