Most gummies are not complete vitamins, use caution when relying on  them for your vitamin regimen.

I do the gummies and I like them. I'm trying to find a chewable or gummy calcium ciltrate, I'm having a hard time finding one.

I'm sure many people "like" the chewable or gummy vitamins but what USAF Wife stated is true.  I would be curious to see what people's LABS look like (blood counts) 6 months post op that rely on these vitamins.

The vitamins I take are absorbed by the body within minutes of taking it.  You can take the calcium with the iron too which you can not do with the vitamins you are considering.  I personally dont care what I like or don't like.  I look at my vitamins as what is keeping me alive since I'm not getting what I need from food so it could taste like cough medicine and I would still take it if thats what I knew I needed or was the best for me to choose from.  However, my vitamins dont taste bad, but its not like a candy gummy thing either.

Good luck.

Right on target.  It is essentially medicine that we need and how often does medicine taste good. I chew them up and keep going.
