I order premier 4 pack shake online is was $7.99 but they charge me $8.67 to shipping and handling the dam shiping cause more than the shake. WTF....so I am going to call around to see what friend or family members have a CoStCO member card so i can go with them to get more shakes

 Hi, and Congratulations again on your upcoming surgery. Did your surgeon give you a pre op diet? Ihf so, I suggest you buy all of those supplies(shakes, any post op meds prescriptions, water) now, before surgery, but if he prescribes a post op diet the first week or more will probably be clear liquids(water, sf jello,sf popsicles, Isopure Zero Carb) and you will then move on to shakes. I suggest that you can try the shakes now to get an idea of what you might like, but DON'T stock up on a lot of shakes because its very common for your tastes to change after surgery (mine did), so whay you like now you may not like after surgery and will be stuck with a lot of shakes that you don't like; besides, its good excercise to take a trip to the store and walk around after surgery and get more supplies. WTF indeed!!!! Chickie if you live anywhere near the norther Va, Md, DC area, inbox me and we can hit up the Costco! If not, I'm sure you'll work something out. Heading there tomorrow to pick up some protein and check out the prices on some of the vitamins.

Try amazon and you can usually find things with prime shipping or whatever it's called you order over 25 dollars and get free shipping
