What 5 months can do!

Hey everyone, just needed to post some pics, I hope I can do it correctly. Here is the before and 5 months after vsg. I guess I can see why people are telling me I don't look like myself! LOL I am so thankful to my doctor, my family and all my friends and supporters here on OH. My life is so different now, I am happy and energetic! I have been given a second chance at life and all its' possibilities. To those of you considering surgery, I say go for it. I had no other options, this was truly my last resort. I was a lifetime dieter and always had the shame of being a failure when I just couldn't do it or keep the weight off. So thankful today!!

Well I guess I couldn't post the pics correctly, you can always go look at my profile if interested. Can anyone explain to me how to post a pic in a message?

Great job!  What a difference those 5 months have made!   I haven't taken one photo since surgery.  I may have to just so I can see what others are seeing.   Congratulations!

Yes, definitely take pics. My mentor insisted I do so, and I really hated taking my pictures along the way. but I am so thankful I did. It's so important to see how far we've come, and to see the progress from time to time helps keep up the motivation!
