Questions Answer

I saw Dr. Yatco today and he answer all my questions for me, but I forgot to ask him how long do i have to be out of work., and i always need a letter to submit it to my job so i can get time off. so I will have to get letter from  surgical coordinator Lisa lets . I should of got it when i was there but i forgot. what should the letter say dont want my job to know i am having wls
