Woohooo!!!!! I got approved today!!!! I am so excited!! Now if I can just get my husbands work schedule and my work schedule to cooperate!!!! Ugh!!!! I said June, my job says May or July and my husbands job says July. I DONT WANT TO WAIT TILL JULY!!!! Ugh!!!

happiegirl is correct. both you and your husband can use the Family Medical Leave Act as long as you have been there over a year and there is 50 or more employees in your company/job. Check into it.

Thanks everyone!!!! I will have to look into the FMLA, but my boss said this doesn't qualify. Guess I will have to dig further. Either way, I am approved and will get it done either now or later. Either way I am doing the happy dance!!!!
