Hot Damn and Halleluja!    Don't know how I missed this post but I am sure glad to see it now. Take lots of time to just bask in your success and say out loud "I AM NOT FAT AND I AM NEVER GOING TO BE FAT AGAIN"  Then throw your tv out the window.   Oh never mind, wrong movie.

But do allow yourself to fully appreciate this as its something not many morbidly obese people ever do which is achieve normal weight. Stay on this forum as it really helps keep the maintenance going especially after a year or so.

And for heaven's sake go buy a whole gob of cool new tee shirts - the weirder the better - and post more pictures.

Oh I'll stick around - sorry I haven't been on much, but work is swamped, which also has me travelling a bit as well (that's how you know when I'm travelling - the T-shirt pictures stop!).  I'm excited to be at goal.  Actually 1 pound under goal - trying to get down to 5 pounds under goal, so I can have a 5-pound up/down swing.  1 pound isn't a lot of leeway!

Well.  Ok.  I may have purchased 3 Large tees already, and may have even ordered 4 more larges on Threadless just a couple hours ago with their $10 tee sale......
