I am so upset

OK now i check my insurance website because it is still saying pended so I call and they told me that lenox hill did not submit my clinical information the insurance told me that 3 time they call surgeon office and know one submitted anything now this is bull **** but yet they have a service date for 3/5/12 he ask did i have surgery yet i said no he said they need to send my information right away.

I'M SORRY YOUR GOING THROUGH THAT! ARE YOU SPEAKING WITH THE BARIATRIC COORDINATOR AT YOUR SURGEON'S OFFICE?

BARIATRIC COORDINATOR  she the one who said she send all my infro lier nothing was send someone else just called me i forget her name she going to call insurance to see whts going on

Call the insurance company back, get and name and fax number that the paperwork should be faxed to. Then call Lenox Hill and ask them to send it again. This moved thing along pretty quickly for me. My paperwork had been submitted twice and once I got names, things moved right on through the 3rd time. Hope this helps....

update I called Lenox hill and they claim that they send it they also said that they are going to call my insurance company and talk to them because it must be a mistake yea right but i am waiting for them to give me  a update lets see what she say when she calls back in a hour then am going to call my insurance to find out if they called them

Walk in that sucka.... Pay them a lil visit...refuse to leave until you have answer that makes sense.

tee4change, how are things going for you. Have you been approved yet?

I am having a similiar problems.... I completed my surgical requirements in December,still nothing. I am calm and I actually have a plan but I have to get everything in order first. I am patiently documenting all of my calls and names ....By April 1 st I will be contacting my surgeon by email which I have read on here oh OH goes straight to his cell phone. Gonna put their asses on blast...I am very good with emailing . I must compile and gather once I know FOR SURE they playing Raindeer games .
Not sure yet though....
