I was told by my surgeon that the more fluids I drink, will help the weight lose.
So far I concur.
So if thats a reason not to push your fluid intake I dont know what is.
So far I have lost 5kg in the past 11 days, alot of those 5 kgs are from the past 4 days when I push my fluid intake to the recommended 64 oz

I agree! I'm still on my 6 mo mandated insurance diet but didn't start losing any weight until month 4 when I signed up for myfitnesspal and started keeping track of my fluids and calories, etc. I upped it to 64 oz or more and the weight has started dropping!!

My doctor said its probably best to keep it under 100 oz., after that you might flush too many electrolytes...  (I can do that no problem these days but I try to keep it to about 80  ish and that's water only, not protein drinks or jello etc)
