In all honesty, probably not a good idea. My dr had me on clear liquids for a week, not even protein or milks. The week pre surgical diet will go by faster than you think. Drink broth like it's going out of style. When i craved anything sweet, it was sugar free jello or sugar free popsicles. the popsicles really are great. I would say, if it's not on your specific dr's diet list, don't do it.

Skip the frozen yogurt. Can you have sugar free popsicles?

The guidelines from my surgeon and the hospital specifically told me to avoid frozen and fruited yogurts.

No frozen yogurt.  Gotta stop trying to find "loop holes".

Frozen Yogurt is not good for a pre-surgical diet. If you read the label it has just as much fat and carbs as regular ice cream. Do you have a bariatric store near you or go on line and get some unjury products. It upsets me when a newbie is turned out on their own to figure out a pre-surgical diet. I was fortunate enough to be give the plans for pre-surg to 1 year.
