Homemade is so much better tasting but Wendy's is good when you are on the go or traveling.

Honestly, I have no idrea of the nutritional values of Wendy's chili.

I know I can eat 1/4 to 1/2 a small which was so little I didn't worry about it. But now I want to know because I need to know every last morsel in the push for the last pounds to goal.

It is one of the better "fast food" choices I guess.

I can eat the whole small chili, because of the liquid in it.  If I have liquid with my meal, whether it is in soup or from drinking, I *can* eat way more than I could if I was having the protein alone.

The small chili is 210 calories, 20 g carbs and 17 g of protein, so eating the whole thing is actually fine for my meal plan once in a while.  I tend to avoid eating all the beans though.  They don't sit so well with me and add some extra carbs.

1/2 I avoid the beans as much as possible. The last batch I had should've been called bean soup because there was very little meat in it.

I make my own, lots of different meats with no beans due to the carbs. I haven't had beans yet for that reason. I guess it is ok to eat their chili but if the above readings is correct I find for one serving that is lots of carbs. I try to kerp carbs as low as possible.

Wow, all those carbs? While I was losing I always kept my carbs under 50 per day. I had one stall that lasted about 7 days and that was it. I don't think it matters how much you can eat but more of what you should be eating. I would honestly try to go for more dense protein and less carbs

I like Wendy's Chili......

All things considered.....it's about a 3rd tier food.....or the lesser of all evils......

When I do buy it..... I buy a large for like $2....keep it in the fridge....

I like it to hop up Chicken Breast or some other lean meat......use it as gravy/food lube.....

Frisco, I'm not on this forum very often, but when I am on the forum it seems like everyone totally respect the things you have to say. I have some questions for you: I was sleeved Nov. 21, 2011. I've stalled for about 2 weeks now. I know I don't get in enough protein, but I try. I will have a little something sweet at times. My calories range between 600 to 800 daily. Recently I have been so bloated. Any suggestions to break this stall? I TRY to exercise at least 3 days a week
Thank you

I am almost embarressed to say I don't like their chili. I tried it one night when out and I took 2 bites and actually threw it away. I do on the other hand love to make chili at home with no beans, lots of lean meat and so much healhier =) The bad thing is chili slides right through me so I don't have it often.
