Nobody can tell you what your body is going to do, girlie.  All you can do is watch your progress.  You can do this and freak out every time your body is not doing what you want it to do, or you can learn to watch with curiousity.

Just to say, the curiosity without turning all blips of not losing into a frothy fury of angst is going to serve you better.

Just keep on trucking, one foot in front of the other.  Your body is going to do what your body is going to do, all you CAN do is just keep on walking.

Everyone is different but for me I just started losing weight again but I never really lost the weight I would have if I didnt stall - but it did not slow down it was the same as before the 10 days soni was happy about that - I think that I was ovulating and that is what I stalled

No, I didn't lose much extra after my stall just went back to losing one lb a day or every other day. If the weigh****ching is bothersome, measure yourself in inches this is where you will see the inches falling off. Someone posted a reply to someone in the last week or so that was about stalls that was very interesting, keep lots of fluids going, it makes the fat soluble.

M yfirst stall lasted for about fifteen days, have a friend and hers lasted five weeks. There is also a famous stall at three and six month post op. Hang in there, the weight loss will start up again soon. Under the FAQ they talk about the famous stalls. During my three month stall I read someone posted about fish oil, I don't recommend the pills because of the size of them but after I started them about four days later my scale started moving again. There Iis liquid form and I was further out to take the pills but my stall started a week before my four months and was three weeks or more so I wa mid four months and the pills were ok.

Pay attention to your TOM too- the week before mine the scale doesn't budge and by the time I finish the cycle I lose about 3 pounds.  Then, if my pattern continues, I will lose for two weeks and repeat.

This happens to me all the time 2 1/2 months out. 3 times already. The scale hasn't moved down for me at all this week. As a matter of fact, it's up 2 pounds. 1 time it went up SEVEN pounds and it didn't come off for 11 days. A lot of people mention that they lose weight in a stair step kind of pattern. I figure that's whats happening with me. You are going to be fine. It happens to everyone and it happens often for some and not-so-often for others. I guess it's up to your body as well. I usually freak out but this time I'm over it. You've eventually figure out what your bodies pattern is.
