Here are some photos. I spent a long time at 280-290 before I went back to OA in 2004. So, I'm a little smaller in 2005.

This photo was taken yesterday. I'm down 90 pounds or so from 2004 and even I can tell a little difference!! I call this photo "I Work with Old White Guys." Engineering is definitely a guy-dominated field! Their faces are really normal - I smeared them in the photo.
