6 moths out and losing sooooo slow now, any advice??
I increased my water intake, take a fiber chew daily (i know t.m.i) and also added a shake in the evening.
This past week I ate a earlier dinner (30z meat) before 5pm (lunch was meat and veggies) and had my shake and walked/exercised after that. I've lost 3 pounds this week. (Last week was TOM and I had some water gain)
I am almost at my personal goal but I think you have to sometimes change things up to see the weight change.

I am a lady of a certain age, so I don't have those problems anymore.
I understand what you mean about being frustrated when you're eating well and not seeing the results on the scale. When that happens to me, I have to remind myself that I'm not on a race to reach goal, I am only trying to put together one good eating day after another and accept that I can't control my weight.
We can change up our food plans and exercise more, but at the end of the day our best efforts do not guarantee a certain number on the scale. But it does guarantee that I can look back and say, OMG it's been a long time since I abused myself with food.
My cycle started messing with my weightloss pattern a few months ago... I was losing a steady amount each week, and then bam, it all changed... Now I lose very little the week before (twice, I've lost zero the week before), then I'll lose a bunch the week it ends, then a little less the week after, etc. Instead of losing a bunch each month, I now lose 7.5-8.
I am not setting any time related goal weights for myself, cuz I think that would just frustrate me. Instead, I just try to stick to my personal goals each day (working out at least an hour 5-6 days a week, log my food, drink at least 64 ounces water, keep the calories between 800-1200, keep my protein around 100).

Yeah, I think my cycle really messes with mine too. I guess I must gain water and then lose it or something. I am losing about the same rate I guess, pretty close anyway. My hubby keeps reminding me that I never lost weight this fast before surgery, so even though it seems slow in comparison, it's really not that bad. He He. I guess he's right. Any lose is a good lose:)

I'm down to my last 10-15 for my own goal. Saw surgeon 2 weeks ago for 6 month checkup, according to him he said it will be slow from now on. He is happy with my progress so far but encouraged me to up the weightlifing from 2 days a week to 4 but maintain my cardio. NUT changed my days to 2 low 600-800 cal and 1 high 800-1000 to keep my body guessing so my metabolism stays up.
Wishing you the best as you work toward GOAL!

Hmm. Thar's interesting about the changing things up. I have heard that before. I guess I might try that. Lord knows a day off here and there would be nice.
Some days I like, "I look great, who cares if I ever lose more weight", then other days, I look at myself in the mirror when getting dressed and think how much better I would look in a swimsuit if I could lose the last 20lbs. I guess it's like others said, I just need to do the work and not be in a hurry. It's just frustrating when you get used to things going so well to have things slow down so much when you are so close to making goal.
Oh well, I am very happy where I am at. At least I won't be embarrassed this summer!! I got tagged in my swimsuit at a party last year and it was posted on Facebook!! OMG!!! What a horrible experience!!! He he. Hopefully I won't have to ever be embarrassed like that again!! He He
Thanks for sharing your doc and Nut's advice!!
