Sugery tomorrow.  Wanted to look at getting some exercise videos.  Any recommendations?  What is everyone's favorites?

One I like is The Biggest Loser Boot Camp with Bob Harper.  There are other BL workouts that I don't like as much.  This is the one I'm talking about:
http://www.amazon.com/Biggest-Loser-Workout-Boot-Camp/dp/B00 1GP5TLS/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1327855258&sr=8-1

It is a full body workout that alternates segments with weights with pure cardio segments (for me, even the weight segments are cardio because my heart rate is up).

I like it because it is simple choreography, no fancy dancing around, and very easy to follow but effective movements.

Another good thing is that it comes in three parts, and you once you are doing the first part easily, you can add segments two and three in order to get a higher intensity workout.  You can also use heavier weights to kick things up a notch.  Now when I started, I had to take numerous breaks throughout the first segment, so it is not easy if you haven't been doing cardio.  I still can't get through the 2nd segment without taking a breather.

Best wishes for your surgery tomorrow!

I also like Bob Harper's boot camp.  I have Jillian Michael's 30 day shred as well.  It's harder than the boot camp one, but it's set up much the same.  Three segments so you can keep increasing the time and difficulty.

USAFwife recommended this one and I have to say, I really like it. I SUCK AT IT, but I like the guy that does it (it's totally goofy). Hip Hop Abs... I bought a six DVD set off of eBay for really cheap. It's great for those days I don't make it to the gym or otherwise get my walk in.

I like the walk away the pounds series.  The 2 DVD set is a good starter.  There are 1, 2 and 3 mile walks so you can work your way up.  I now do the 5 mile fat burning walk.  It has 5 twelve minute walks, and is a really good workout.
