Oh I can relate to everything your saying, at least you can trust your husband, it's totally ridiculous that I feel that I cant trust mine, otherwise I could of opened up to him without it being like pulling teeth, leave a letter, good idea, I'm an incredibly private person and carry the same shame as you , about self image and how we have both spun out of control that this procedure feels like the only way out.. I also told people that I was getting into a strict diet to conceal the truth. It's strange don't you think that we have to stretch the truth and lie, when it's no-ones buisness anyway. Totally understand where your coming from.
