LND: 5 Jumbo shrimp, tsp ****tail sauce
LNS: Tbs refried beans
B: 6 Jumbo shrimp, tsp ****tail sauce
S: Premier protein shake and 2 jumbo shrimp with ****tail sauce
L: 2oz pollo asado (chicken), tbsp refried beans
S: Premier protein shake
D: more pollo asado and beans mmmmmm!
S: none probably
Water: so far 1/2 done
Vitamins: morning ones in, still have evening ones left
Exercise: 1.25 miles on the treadmill (at an incline YAY) which is the most I've ever done so I'm proud of myself

Hi MsShell! Gosh you know I really love you right hun!
I bought this little tray of food called the Protein Bistro Box from Starbucks this morning. It is so cool! It contains: cage-free egg (boiled), white cheddar cheese (two fairly thick triangle slices), honey peanut butter spread (nice little pouch - all natural), multigrain muesli bread (looks cute hearty and healthy), apples (3 slices= 1/2 apple), grapes (approx 10). I am so impressed! I am going to keep the plastic box and make take to work like this.
B: 1 boiled egg, 1/2 apple, 10 grapes
L: 1/2 grilled chicken salad leftover, muesli bread w. peanut butter
S: lite blueberry yogurt
S: WW mini bar?
D:cottage cheese w. fruit? Couple of slices of boarshead honey turkey??? Homemade chicken soup??? we will see.
Lots of water throughout the day and coffee, always coffee with a total of 1 cup of skim milk and some FF half & half
multi vit, B-complex/12, D with calcium, ultra probiotics ALWAYS even when I don't want to
Ahh exercise??? It is freezing in NY and I've been sick this past week so nothing for me YET.
