Its been a really long time since i posted..but as of today, 13 days away from my 1 year surgiversary i have reached my goal of 100 pounds lost..from 279 to 179..a size 22/24 to a size 10 and i even lost a shoe size...i have now set a new goal of 160 so now i have 19 more pounds to go...I have found myself falling back into some old habits and developing some new ones! I never was a heavy sweets eater..now chocolate goes down smoother than a piece of chicken!!lol..I have endured 3 or 4 serious plateaus and managed to bust thru them after about 2 to 3 weeks... My "nut" told me that when all else fails and u can't seem to get bak o trak go BAK 2 LIQUIDS!!!! SO thats what im gonna do starting tomorrow. 7 days of high protein liquids and water with the 1st 2 days allowing 1 piece of fruit if feeling lightheaded..Im truly dreading this BUT if i did it once before to qualify for my surgery then i can do it again to "kick start" my weight loss again... I NEVER want to be that big again!!!I have enjoyed buying all new clothes< bras

Awesome!   I look forward to my day when I can say the same.  Glad to be reminded that there is still much more success after the stalls!

Have your going to celebrate in some way?  Even if its a "happy dance" in your living room?  I would do something so as to "hug" myself.

Congratulations on your success!
