D- shaved beef and Cheese

Water is lacking today my goal should be reached by bedtime
Vitamins- done
Exercise- we took today off cause I pulled something in my lower back Sunday.

Water 24 oz....maybe that is why I was hungry tonight

B - Muscle Milk Cafe Latte shake
L - 1.3 oz chicken, 1.3 oz burger patty, spear grilled zucchini (random leftovers much?)
D - 2 oz chicken, 1 oz broccoli, homemade stir fry
S - 2 oz burger patty, 1 cup homemade kale chips, 1 mini brie

I'm at 565 calories, 74 protein, 19 carbs, 22 fat (burgers are homemade with 96/4 beef and SO good)

Water - One more bottle to go!
Vitamins - of course
Exercise - I tried on every single item of clothing I own. I'm counting it, dammit!
