D:  Have NO idea (Meat & Vegetable)

S - coffee w/ 2% milk
L - tuna salad, mozzarella and cucumber slices
S - nonfat latte
S - snap peas
D - smoked salmon and cream cheese with capers on crispbread
S - 1/2 Quest bar (I think)

Protein steamer = protein powder plus steamed milk

Dissolve the protein powder in cold/cool water first, because hot will make it clump.  Then steam milk and pour it in.  Use your favorite flavor of protein powder.  It's already got sweetener in it, so you're pretty much ready to go.  2% or nonfat milk froths and steams better, but use whatever you like!

L:  Grilled pork chop and broccoli
S:  Protein shake
D:  Homemade chili
S:  (if necessary) Cottage cheese or a Babybel cheese

Water:  Only about 1/3 of the way there so far today :(
Vitamins:  Morning dose done, will take afternoon dose when I get home from work
Exercise:  Cleaning house!
