L: Salad (Lettuce; Tomatoes; Cucumber; Onion; Radishes; Beets; 1oz Goat Cheese; 1 Tbsp Dressing; Boiled Egg)

Protein steamer = protein powder plus steamed milk
Dissolve the protein powder in cold/cool water first, because hot will make it clump. Then steam milk and pour it in. Use your favorite flavor of protein powder. It's already got sweetener in it, so you're pretty much ready to go. 2% or nonfat milk froths and steams better, but use whatever you like!
