Going on 4 years.. Before and After

 Thank you, Marge! I can't believe how fast the time has gone, or how relatively easy it is to maintain my weight in the "normal" range. I'm still happy and totally satisfied with the portions that I can eat. It's pretty much the same as I could eat at about 3 or so out, once the swelling was past. Now I just know what to eat and certainly what to avoid!

I try to be in control, but when I fail it's always there to give me either a gentle reminder or a stern warning, depending upon the degree of my digression, lol  =)

Thank you about the dress! I found it at a cute little resale shop.  I just love shopping these days so it's a good thing resale shopping is my passion! =)
