why no caffine? i drink tea and tea has caffine in it..i have intructions about my diet that i have had to fallow but i didnt read anything about caffine.... i think my weightloss has been slow is the tea why? it unsweeten i have lost 15 before surgery and 15 after surgery

I was told to hold off on caffeine till at least 7 weeks out just because its acidic and won't help in the healing of our sleeves, but other than that caffeine is alright as long as we're getting our fluids in. As far as carbonation, my Dr also said never again. Hope that helps...
