Stalled again
I am really going to blow your mind when I say this but it is the truth.I only lose weight a few days a month .I really thought I hadn't lost any in Dec. unbtil I went and checked my body tracker and discovered I had lost 6. I start my month on surg anv. which is the 10th I either lose right before or right after than a 1lb here and there.But it does add up. I have noticed it has slowed down the closer I get to goal. And i havent been real good about the rules either but that is a diff monster al together. I eat what I want this is about a life change for me so I eat and make better choices but I do snack here and there on things that I shouldn't (by the ruiles that is)Maybe this isn't a good way to advocate but it is the truth.I have never counted cal. I do try to get fluids and protien in I eat alot of greek yougart with fruit in it my candy. I do walk at least 3 x a week . I just feel great so I do more and I sure think this is the secret for my weight loss.
