So Excited!

I posted a little while ago about getting my letter for approval for the vertical sleeve gastrectomy and today I get to post about another major makeover change. I got approved for the Snap On Smile. I had my impressions done and my dental insurance is actually covering more than half of the cost so I am seriously stoked. I never would have thought my insurance would cover something like this since it would be considered a cosmetic enhancement. So needless to say I am pretty excited about all the positive changes going on. I kind of wish I was going to be gone from work for 6 months or something so that I could walk in with my new smile, body and hair (Im getting some wigs finally too lol). I am going to be nearly unrecognizable. I am thinking that some glamour portraits are going to be in order for Christmas this year lol.

Anyway thanks for letting me vent... nobody's home to share my excitement with so you guys are stuck with me lol.

CONGRATULATIONS!!!!

Just took my BEFORE measurements and pics... wow I cant wait to see the transformation after surgery lol. I put a special folder on my desktop for this because if these pics and measurements don't motivate me to keep on track nothing will.

Thanks Amber. I couldnt stop smiling all day even though I kept spitting blue stuff from my dental impressions most of the day lol. I just keep telling myself its time for mom to take care of herself now that everyone else is all grown up and doesnt need me so much anymore. But I do still get a twinge of guilt once in a while for spending so much on myself lol.
