How do weigh/measure food??
I agree with Elena.
When I get out of control or feel the need to tighten up I start journaling EVERY BITE!
It's the only way I can figure out what I can eliminate to bump up the weight loss.
I do eyeball amount sometimes because I learned through journaling how much of one thing or another my sleeve will allow comfortably.
But I will fall back to measuring and journaling when I hit a stall, or feel I'm eating the wrong things or too much of the right things. It helps tremendously.
I weigh foods like meat and cheese etc. But use a measuring cup for soft foods and liquids.
I use fit day to log everything because I can go back for a week or so and see where I messed up.

Thanks for all the helpful responses. I have been weighing/tracking everything since I started on soft foods, so I hope I am on the right track. Tracking a few times a day on myfitnesspal really has helped, because it suprises me when I feel like I've been eating/drinking all just how little I am actually taking in and where I need to catch up.
