how do I post before and after pics?

I would appreciate the help b/c I cannot figure this one out..

First you have to put them in your profile. Go to "my account" at the top of the page and then click on "photos." Then there a button to upload photos. After you've got them on your profile, open two web pages. One is your profile photos and the other should be a new post. Copy them from the profile page into the new post.

I did it wrong the first time and it's a little frustrating, but I've got the hang of it now!

thanks so much I was actually just adding them to my album so I will give that a try..I appreciate the help! Now I cant get my avitar to upload..ugh
