I need 65mg of iron a day. I've tried the Vitamin Shoppe's Vegan Iron chewable and they taste TERRIBLE!

Before I waste more money, can anyone suggest a chewable iron tablet, or preferably, a regular tab that's just really small?

I get mine from the Vitamin Shoppe also. I use Nature's Plus chewable iron. It has a yellow label and yellow cap. Not sure if it's the same stuff you tried. It's cherry flavored and it taste kind of like a tums. Not too bad.

Do not ask God to guide your footsteps if you're not willing to move your feet.

I use the bariatric advantage raspberry truffle. They are chocolate chews.

I use the bariatric advantage chewables.  They're tolerable.

Make sure you get iron carbonyl as it's one of the best digested.

I use Sundown Naturals Perfect Iron from Amazon.  Carbonyl iron, really small pills.  Works great for me--my ferretin tripled in 3 months.
