My butt is not going to be cute

OK, so I am already seeing signs that I am going to have loose skin, which sucks, but is expected.  Somewhere in the back of my mind, I was thinking "maybe not me"...but whatever.  The worst thing though is I can already tell I am losing my butt!!!  I didn't have much of one anyway, and it's kind of shaped like Spongebob Squarepants, but jeeeez...all of my pants are sagging at the butt and it's not cute!!!  If only my boobs would go away or if they could do a boob to butt transplant...

Spongebob - LOL!  I'm right there with ya in the butt area.  So sad looking, but I've hit the gym and trying to tighten it up.  Dunno if that will help, but I'm already tired of the dead hot air ballon look in the few pants that I wear.

And let's not talk about the boobage.

Good idea...I think the elliptical helps with that so I think I'll be starting that next week!!!

Take it easy for now.  Save the elliptical for a couple of months out.  Maybe start with some isometric exercises first.  I waited to get a doctors clearance before any exercise, and even then I got weak easily.  I didn't start until a little over a week ago (about 8 weeks out).

Edit to add: Elliptical can dehydrate you too easily early on.  Are you sure you can consume enough to keep you from passing out?

That's a good point...they cleared me for full exercise when I was 2 weeks out but I have been cautious and only walking.  You are right, I am not getting enough liquids as it is so I don't want to pass out in the gym.  I'll hold out.  I'll have to look up some butt lifting exercises online.

I'm not sleeved yet...my big day is 1/9/12, but with all my other weight losses in the past, my butt goes flat  and my butt is the one thing my hubby loves...but I would rather have a flat butt, then all this weight I'm lugging around.  I am also going to try working on it at the gym - maybe this time that will help it not be so flat!  Good luck ladies!

Love your profile pic...I said something similar to myself this morning.  I agree...I'm willing to sacrifice the butt to be healthier and more fit.  Just wi**** had more shape to it.

The other thing that tightens butts is MBT or Sketcher shoes that are desiged to "excersice you"  I found that when I wear them routinely my butt is tight.  Nothing else is . . . .but I have a rock hard flat butt!

Yeah, that's the part that sucks; you always seem to lose where you don't want or need to!
