Recipe ideas for canned Crab meat?
I bookmarked this one - just be sure you spray the pan really well or they'll stick.

Little baking dish - spray it with non-stick stuff. Add the crab meat and any spices you like (I like paprika or cajun seasoning, or sometimes lemon dill if I'm not feeling the 'spice craving'). Put it in the oven uncovered on broil about 5 minutes, then throw on an ounce of whatever low-fat cheese you prefer. Broil 'til the cheese browns, and enjoy.
This was one of my favorite meals before the liquid diet because it is easy, and filling, and delicious. I'm guessing on the cooking times because I did a lot of cooking in my toaster oven, so I'd just stand and go by "does it look done?". It reheats *really* well the next day, too.
