Three Months Later - This was a great decision...

 Congrats!  We're just about surgery buddies.  I'm pleased too--a big life change, but a good one. :-)

We really are, aren't we?  This has been so good, and we're tracking pretty closely the same.

I can not agree with your statements more.  I have not had any problems with food issues, hair loss (and yes, I am knocking on wood) or reflux or any other health issues (again knock on wood).  Where your addition is sugar/candy, mine are carbs/bread and chips.  What I have found wonderful about  this is that if I crave something, I don't deprive, I take a bite and that does the trick for me, whereas before, instead of 4 or 5 chips, I would have had the bag and moved on to the next craving, not now.  I also monitor everything that goes into my mouth.

So to you congratulations on your progress, as well as everyone out there.  This is the best thing that I could have done for myself!

You are doing super!  I am glad the surgery has helped with your cravings.  It is truly a remarkable journey.

Hooray!  Thanks for such a positive post!  So glad to hear you are doing so well...even more important then HOW MUCH we're losing is HOW we're feeling...this is more important to me at least...so happy for your success!
