Anyone with MS have this surgery?
Yes she was saying she feels better when she loses weight, I quickly asked her what she basically eats, her response was drive thrus so I will send her a copy of the 1200 calorie diet that is on a site here and see if she can handle that, she told me she don't eat lots of meat either so have to make sure she will be able to get lots of protein in.

Yeah I gave all the info to my friend when she started talking about the weight she gained but I wasn't sure if they would do the surgery with her MS or not. She is actually going to see some specialist this week but I don't think it is the one that will tell her if she can have the surgery done or not. I told her to check with her drs and I gave her this website address to find out more about the surgery and the name of the surgery to search. She said she feels better when she gets the weight off. I am not sure what stage of MS she has.

Thanks, I gave her this site to look into it more. Still the wait list is over 10 yrs here so I did give her the Mexico price roughly. I did tell her to stop the drive thrus and that I would get her the 1200 calorie diet plan to try because coming up with a few thousand is not the easiest to have this surgery.
