September sleevers?
i was sleeved on 9/6 (best day of my life) and this is usually my daily menu:
Breakfast - yogurt (80 calories) or 1 fried egg with 2 tablespoons of farmers cheese
Lunch - turket breast (a few strips off the salad bar) with a few tablespoons of edamame and some broccoli
Dinner--3-4 ounces of chicken or turkey breast, or 3-4 ounces of Trader Joe's seasoned tofu (delicious!!!).
i'm generally satisfied throughout the day. On rare occasion, I will eat half an apple in the afternoon.
This is today, but I typically eat turkey, ham, chicken salad, ham & swiss, turkey & swiss, deviled eggs, crabmeat right out of the can, yoplait yogurt-probotic (plain greek yogurt ok before surgery , can't stand it now) and my protein shakes.
B: cottage cheese w/swiss & tiny bit of ham
S: 2 laughing cow cheese w/ crackers, popsicle
S: SF applesauce snack pack
L: chickensalad
S: protein shake
D: ?
fluids are @50+ so far
vitamins done
I walk 30-35 minutes about 5 days a week and do Zumba 2 nights a week. I usually don't have so many snacks but for some reason extra hunger today. I think because I got home really late yesterday I didn't eat much because I knew I would be laying down in the 30 minutes or so (I do better if I have a least an hour plus before I lay down).

On a typical day I have:
B - Premier Protein Shake
L - 2 oz of tuna fish with 1 tsp. of light miracle whip
S - 1 oz of summer sausage and 1 oz of colby monterey jack cheese
D - 2 oz of chicken
S (on occasions) - 1 tsp of All Natural Peanut Butter or a small handful of honey roasted peanuts.
I'm averaging anywhere from 64 - 77g of proteins a day; at least 64 oz of water; carbs are usually under 20 a day.
I've lost a total of 33 lbs since surgery (52 lbs total). I have been on an almost a 4 week stall, but while I was on that stall I was losing inches. I went down 2 jean sizes in those 4 weeks (now down to a size 14 jean and L top). Although I was a bit discouraged, I kept on the plan...yesterday I lost 2 lbs, therefore I'm FINALLY not stalled anymore!

B - usually greek yogurt or cottage cheese
L - varies, today was a chicken taco (half of the shell) - had yummy guacamole in it with the chicken and salsa
S - almonds
S - 1 c. milk
D - grilled salmon (3 oz) and 2 bites of broccoli
Personally, my weight loss is all over the place from week to week. Some weeks I lose 5, other weeks 1 or 2. Overall, though, I seem to be averaging about 2.5-3.
