I went in Wednesday for my 4 year post op and today I had my blood draws, can't wait to see what's going on with my levels.  

B:  Carl's Jr Coffee and Hashbrowns
S:  Carl's Jr Sausage Biscuit
L:  3oz Prime Rib; Salad
S:  ??
D:  4oz Fish; Spinach
S:  ??

Water:  Goal 12 Cups
Vitamins:  Oh yeah
Exercise:  Treadmill
