It's funny, everytime I post on here....I go way off track...and eat a lot more than I put down and plan on eating...but here goes anyway...
LND: 2 oz beef tips w/ gravy, 2 bites of mashed potatoes, 1 bite of broccoli & cheese
LNS: 10 sour cream & onion chips & Polly0 cheese stick
Another snack: 2 oz Boar's Head Maple Turkey Breast
B: 8 oz coffee, 1 scoop protein powder, 4 TBSP SF creamer
S: PollyO cheese stick
L: 3 oz Boar's Head Maple Turkey Breast

S: Fage Greek Yogurt
LNS: ?
Water: 23 oz so far
Vitamins: Yes
Exercise: 1 hour on elliptical & 10 minutes stretching

L - 98% fat free deli ham rolled up with Borden non-fact cheese slice
S - Decaf Latte with dry skim milk (to up the protein for the day), splenda, cinnamon
And it was all good!

Beyond Goal

S: slice of low fat cheddar cheese, couple slices of deli meat (turkey)
L: sauteed onions, green pepper, mushrooms (about 1/4 cup) and 2 oz of chicken
S: cottage cheese, maybe a small protein bar before the gym
D: 3oz of extra lean ground turkey and some kind of sauce (havent decided what yet).
S: post workout shake - unsweetened soy milk, a few frozen strawberries, vanilla protein powder
Water: 80+ oz and counting (aiming for 120oz for the day)
Vitamins: yep
Exercise: plan is for a 60 min spin class and 2 mile jog afterwards
