When do you start to have energy come back?

My weekends are full of housework, weekdays I generally just do what I have to, washroom, laundry, feed children, dishes and just tidy up a few things. With young children it is a constant job and weekends I am usually to the point of dreading it so can't wait for that energy to come back.

I hope tomorrow I can start back on a normal sleep schedule but of course I have to wait for the children to fall asleep first but it will be good for us eventually to get back to a good schedule.

I am almost to the 40 lbs loss I just haven't updated my ticker and will try to only do so once a week. It is so slow right now that it is hardly worth doing it.

Yes, it is usually around my lunch break when I want to close my eyes. It is a short week here for us, 3 more days to go and hopefully I will get some much needed rest.

My surgeon told me it takes the body a minimum of eight weeks to heal. That this is a major surgery and all your energy goes to healing. After body has healed from major surgery energy can start to come back.as well our bodies are not used to such low calories and that takes time to adjust to as well.

Honestly, I was a solid 2.5-3 months before I really felt "normal" energy... I was SO much smaller, but I was still just not right in terms of energy... taking all my vitamins and all.... after that is started to creep up... I"m 3.5 months now and I'd say I'm pretty much back to normal... better in some ways... but I've got SO much going on emotionally that I'm still kinda on edge....
