Well I can't actually believe that it has been 1 month today I am sleeved! So happy I did it, never regretted it. Week 1 was blurry, but came out of my fog on day six with both feet on the ground! Week 2 focused more on drinking protein and staying hydrated, every day got better and better. Week 3 was awesome, kept focusing on fluids and hydration, planned and put on a going away party for one of our kids. Week 4 continued on protein fluid plan and water, water, water.

In case some of you are wondering, yes I was on fluids for 1 month. I am a revision from band to sleeve and due to damage from the band it was in my best interest to protect my staples, sutures and let the tummy heal! It was not that bad at all.

Just this past saturday I had my first bowl of soup, and greek yogurt. All went good. Today I had an egg white scrambled for breakfast, took my time it all went down, was suppose to have 2 Tblsps. applesauce but there was no room!

I am so happy I did this, and am looking forward to what is ahead!

Thanks for reading!
