And hoping week 6 brings better news. Was hoping to lose 20 lbs this month but with two weeks left it is not looking that good.

Try not to stress about it. Eat right, drink as much as you can, and it will come off. Your body is adjusting and in the beginning, it tends to be a little slow.
I am stalled now, too, but at 4 months. I understand that is not uncommon. I am doing just what I told you, plus put my scale away for now!  So far, so good!
Hang in there!

Yeah I know just a damper on things, but still lost inches I think the pants are getting pretty loose. Just figured it wasnt going to hit since 4.5 weeks was my last lost of one pound. I check the scale each day to see when I snap out of it. just so I know what to expect next stall. I am keeping my calories at 500 or less when walking takes my amount of calories down, drink my water and protein drinks and usually under 20 for carbs. So I am following my plan but still hard to eat when I habe to get fluids in too, not enough hours in the day sometimes.

In the beginning, there seems to be so much to remember and the juggle. I know it seems hard and when you don't see the evidence at the scale, really frustrating, but continue to do what you are doing!  The loose clothes tell the tale!
It won't be too long until it all is pretty easy and you are in a routine. Just know that everyone has been there at some point....and the stall never lasts forever, even though it may seem like it will!
