I couldn't find a listing like you want----even at Amazon. There used to be little books in the checkout line at grocery stores but I'm not sure they have all the info or even if they are still available.

I hope you don't take this the wrong way----but don't make this more difficult than what it is.

Proteins----seafood, chicken, turkey, pork, beef, eggs, cheese, greek yogurt---high in protein and low in carbs. Even a 4 oz piece of prime rib is less than 300 calories (and that's probably one of the highest)
Fruit---high in carbs generally except berries
Veggies---depends on the veggie---check out glycemic index (Atkins) for the best veggies
Pasta, rice, noodles, potatoes, bread, crackers and any high flour or high sugar item---high in carbs---avoid---IMHO

Use the database in a tracking software like myfitnesspal to find specifics on each. It has all the info you will need and eventually, you start to learn the value of each item.

Edited to add
---glad you found something. I thought you were looking for pages with values in it so you could look them up via hard copy.

I think this is what you're talking about... http://www.fi****ch.com/diary/fooddiary.html

You can customize it to have a space for calories, fat, protein, carbs, etc.

You might try Food King - they used to produce a small pocketsize book and I know they have a website.  Has almost all grocery store items and a huge list of fast-food and national chain restaurants.

Have a good day!

I believe on Bariatriceating.com there is a printable food journal. It has the needed stuff you mentioned plus a place to check off all of your supplements too. I thought of making my own on Excel or Word just so I don't have to hand write this stuff everyday =)
