Meatloaf muffins

Someone posted a recipe for meatloaf made in little muffin pans a few weeks ago. Anyone remember the recipe or have the post? I printed it, bit now that I want to make them cannot find my recipe! Argggggggg!!

I don't know which recipe you are referring to, but this is the one I use, and it can be made in muffin tins.

It really is.  I find if i don't have to think about food it's an easy choice.  someone posted that Chobani yogurt has a recipe site and i saw a recipe for oven fried chicken so I'm going to do that to a bunch of chicken thighs this weekend and last week i bought a rotisserie chicken and made Bandilynne's Buffalo wing salad (courtesy of Stacyzoe) So yes I'm picking up pointers as i go.  Like i said, it's a learning curve.  I'm gonna try to remember to do a post every week looking for new recipes.  I got some good ones this week.
