Very sore throat this morning and now the runny nose
So I know there are sugar free losanges out there, any recommendation on the symptoms. I was told that it will probably be worse tomorrow. GREAT just when I go back to work I get sick. Might be a rough day or two. Oh yes, if it says it can cause druzziness, it will with me.
I don't even feel well so might just climb back into bed for as long as the children allow me to lay down.

You and me both. I got a bad cold starting Thursday night and have felt like poo ever since. Sore throat is mostly gone but I am coughing up phlem and am really congested.
I'm taking sudafed or mucinex, depending on how I feel it's working. Neither should cause drowsiness.

I was sick in August (just in time for vaca.) and then in Sept. - hope I'm done with colds for the year!
I like Ricola SF Lemon Mint cough drops, I don't think they have any sugar alcohols so that's a good thing. Tea with Lemon (splash of honey for taste) and then splenda.
I used Tylenol and Dristan sinus spray and then Nyquil at night.

Yeah I usually get honey lemon flavor I think it is, probably what I will get again in the Ricola. I am heading out to the drug store now to get something.
TOM and COLD at the same time sucks, but good news it wasn't a stall think it was the TOM cause I am down a pound today after drinking water and eating breakfast.
