Anyone having issues with the chat bar?

Is anyone else having a problem today with the chat bar? I can no longer see my friends that are online, the little box has disappeared from my screen. Did I do something wrong and if you know please help. I need to know when my friends are here!!!!!!

Can you please tell me where can I find the chat?

It usually is inthe lower right corner of the screen and says friends online. Whoever is a friend of yours and is online you can see, and then click on their name and send a message.

Do you see ^^ on top of each other in the lower right hand corner. If you do you just have it minimized, click on it.
