Thank God it's Thursday!!  I have lost 1lb of the weight I gained in Jamaica and I love every ounce of it!!

LastNightDinner:  2 Popeyes Spicy Thighs

S:  Coffee w/ 1/2 a brownie...the other 1/2 is in the freezer for NEXT week

D:  4oz Chicken Caccitore; 4oz Creamed Spinach

Water:  8 cups ALREADY!!

D:  Chocolate Protein Bar  (OK....so  I am having SERIOUS chocolate cravings as TOM is around the corner.  The kids left a Kit Kat Bar in the fridge and I am sooo afraid I am going to eat it, I decided to just plan on a Atkins Advantage Carmel Brownie Protein Bar (oh so chocolatey) for dinner.  TAKE THAT EVIL KIT KAT BAR!!!!!

Hello everyone!

LND: Tomato soup with a laughing cow wedge mixed in

B & L - almost the whole can (3/4) of pure protein!! Took me a heck of a long time, about 10am- 1:45pm but thats the most protein drink I have been able to get down so far... Yeayy!

D: Either leftover tomato soup or albondigas soup from the mex place down the street.

Water- about 30 oz down (a grea****er day so far!!)
Vitamins- check!
Excersize- 60 minute spin class at the gym this am and 30 minutes of weights. Maybe walking the dogs later...
