The kids left a Kit Kat Bar in the fridge and I am sooo afraid I am going to eat it, I decided to just plan on a Atkins Advantage Carmel Brownie Protein Bar (oh so chocolatey) for dinner. TAKE THAT EVIL KIT KAT BAR!!!!!

LND: Tomato soup with a laughing cow wedge mixed in
B & L - almost the whole can (3/4) of pure protein!! Took me a heck of a long time, about 10am- 1:45pm but thats the most protein drink I have been able to get down so far... Yeayy!
D: Either leftover tomato soup or albondigas soup from the mex place down the street.
Water- about 30 oz down (a grea****er day so far!!)

Excersize- 60 minute spin class at the gym this am and 30 minutes of weights. Maybe walking the dogs later...
