Almost 100 lbs lost .....

Popeye's, not sure if they run through the USA but the brand is ISO then it is SENSATIONS cookie and cream flavored. Give me time to see if it runs me to the washroom since I used milk to try it with. I think Popeye's website is www.popeyescanada.com you can look on there for store locations and see if there is a USA one. Not sure where you are at.

Sorry, I just see now that you are in Canada, the staff at popeye's is all trained in nutrition and just tell them you are lactose interolerant and they should be able to help you. I was honest and said what surgery I was having and that I had to keep carbs, fat, sugars very low and high protein. They also have the QUEST bars that I have heard lots of good reports on. I brought 3 different flavor ones today to try down the road. I get to move on to purees this coming Friday
I will still go by the amount of carbs total before subtracting the fiber, just a good word of advice from USAF Wife, I want to succeed like she did and I think taking and counting the full amount of carbs will help anyone down the road.

Although I am not intolerant of lactose, I was looking to try something different when I was on my quest to find the perfect protein powder for me and I found that Jay Robb makes an egg-based protein.  I do recall it was a bit pricy but very good.  He does have a web site too.
