I just purchased "Davinci SF Chocolate Syrup"  2 tbs are 4 gms carbs but if you buy Torani theirs is 2 tbs 15 gms of carbs.  Both are made with Splenda.  I was shocked at the difference so read your labels before you buy.

Your post scared me, so I went to the web site.  The Torani chocolate sauce has 15 g of carbs; the syrup has only 1 g.

I think all the SF syrups are low carb.

They do not have torani syrups here so Davinci it is. I could order torani from the USA but have to deal with the customs charge and sometimes that can be a bit rediculous. So just as easy to get it here, I don't expect it will be used much but thought it might help me get my protein in, why does protein drinks have to taste so awful lol. I know the ones that are already made are not too bad the instant carnation breakfast ones but I finished mine up pre op and noticed the calories were so high in it that I didn't want to have them pre op. I will see what the packages are like next time I am at the store.

How long does it take once you enter mushies to get your full amount of protein in with real foods?

Okay, I said syrup but I meant sauce.  There is a big difference between carbs on the sauces.  I guess I'll have to be more specific.
