"Inspiration", paying it forward, and thanks

First, I want to tell you guys how much it means to me when I get messages saying that I have been an inspiration to others. That really means alot to me. Each time I get one of those messages it is special. Being able to help others, as the vets were able to help me, is why I am so open about having the VSG. I want to encourage anyone who is interested that they too can change the course of their life and be successful.

I want to remind everyone that we are each an example for each other. Encouraging others, sharing recipes, sharing experiences, its all a way for each of us to pay it forward and help each other be successful.

And I want to thank my OH fam for being so supportive of me.

I am so thankful for your generosity of helping others in this family. I have read a lot of your posts and you give such great advice. It is inspiring to see people like yourself who have succeeded in meeting your goals and you set a positive example to us "new guys".

You are definitely an inspiration to many! You have done so well, always have a positive attitude and seem to enjoy paying it forward! I hope to be able to help someone along the way as well! You have been successful in your weight loss journey, and I am sure you will be successful with your career choice as well!
