LIVER
I've had it and still like it. Don't eat it very often because it's fatty, not very lean. Also, it only tastes good to me when it's got bacon on it, another "once in a blue moon" meat.
Got to keep things in balance, and fatty meats; bacon, liver, sausages etc are more for treats every other month.
My go-to meats; ground turkey, chicken, lean pork, fish, occasional lean beef and the veggie proteins; edamame and other soy products, lentils, beans, peas, quinoa are what I need to eat on a day to day basis if I'm going to keep losing.

Was just a question. I don't have high cholesterol but I didn't think it had that many bad fats, it has omega in it and it is very high in protein. Maybe it is not dense enough? I might eat it once a year, it is not something I buy very often but love a feed of liver, mushrooms and onions every now and then. I use to eat it cold (after it was cooked) right out of the fridge. It does taste good cold bu with a load of salt on it lol.
