upcoming sleeve in a month, nervous and excited

Hi peeps! I am all new to OH, but so happy to have found you. I am having surgery Oct. 3, kinda nervous but really excited as well. Been on the diet rollercoaster some 29 years now, always feeling like a failure after great moments of success and then...the dreaded gained it all back.
Any advice you can offer I am pleased to accept. Thanks all! :-)

Congrats on making the decision to have the sleeve! I will hopefully be having revision surgery to the sleeve in October too. Good luck to you and your WLS journey.

Welcome to OH. I too am new to OH and getting sleeved on Oct 3rd. I'm having it done in Mexico because the wait is too long in British Columbia Canada. We'll have to keep in touch regarding our progress I am so looking forward to making a permanent change in my life. I know I will never be the same again (no pun intended :) )
